Izzy is one of the brightest people that I have ever met, she never failed to light up a room. Izzy is my oldest friend and that became very important to the both of us, especially every incoming school year. It brought me so much joy when she would find me in the hallways during the new school year, hug me, and say “happy ten years of friendship!” It was little things like that that simply made Izzy who she was. Another memory I have is from only a couple months ago when me and Izzy went on our high school tour together. I was so excited when we were walking around together because I couldn’t believe that we were going into high school together. After walking around we somehow ended up by the pools, and at that point just went with it. Delaney made a joke about one of the trophies and all of us laughed so hard together that I started crying. Later that night Izzy gave me the biggest hug and told me we needed to hang out. She was such a joy even in the smallest moments and could always lift me up when I was down. There are so many memories that I have with Izzy that I am forever grateful to have experienced with her. I know for a fact that without Izzy I would not be the person I am today. I will not let our eleven year friendship anniversary go uncelebrated 💜
