i don’t even know where to begin. i never thought there would come a day where i would have to fit 6 years of friendship into one paragraph. the only day i would imagine is izzy’s wedding, where she would always talk about wanting 2 maid of honors. obviously lucy and then me. izzy was genuinely my favorite person, that’s her contact name in my phone. i love her with every fiber of my being and i always will. the thing i will never forget about izzy is her super loud laughs and her gorgeous smile. one of my favorite memories of us was when we were hanging out at my house and my brother, david, and her would always fight and argue just like siblings. one day they were play fighting and david fell over on his back and i swear i’ve never heard izzy laugh louder. i’ve said this so many times but different schools meant nothing when the person meant everything, that was our favorite quote. i will always miss our sleepovers and movie marathons, all of our inside jokes and that one look we gave each other. this is the hardest thing i’ve ever gone through knowing i won’t see her again in a very long time, but i hope izzy knows i will forever be her best friend.

The first time I ever met Izzy was in cage 1 with Jaylen for semi private hitting, we saw each other almost weekly for those hitting sessions. I was scared going into it for the first time because I knew nobody (and wasn’t very good either), but she greeted me and we laughed the entire…
